A high energy, orchestral and vocal performance, this concert will feature popular hits from the 1990s and favorite romantic-period repertoire guaranteed to inspire and motivate! Discover surprising connections is this unexpected pairing and learn how the beloved artists of both eras intentionally broke with convention to express deeper emotion, imagination and individualism as they tried to create more personal and relatable art. Featuring the amazing talents of Music by Tritone’s Pop and Chamber Orchestras, the ensembles feature local youth, teachers and community members side by side. Our audience will bask in romantic music including Saint Saens, Schumann and Schubert alongside hits by artists including Celine Dion, R.E.M., No Doubt, Paul McCartney, Destiny Child and many more! The program will also feature a work by local composer and the orchestra's director, Zac Lavender. Your ticket purchase supports music education and live community music.
